YogaPracticed by Millions of people across the World, Yoga is a mind-body therapy originating from ancient India. Physical Posture, Breathing Techniques, Mediation and Relaxation are the fundamentals of Yoga. Yoga is a slow paced, low impact exercise that stretches and relaxes the body. Yoga is a great exercise for all ages due to the controlled deliberate movements. Yoga strengthens your core, bones and muscles, enhances your balance, promotes flexibility and a means to mental and physical wellness. Yoga can be used to improve your overall fitness level. However, since Yoga is not an aerobic workout, it is recommended as part of a workout routine that includes cardiovascular exercise such as swimming, jogging or cycling.
