Yoga strengthens your core, bones and muscles, enhances your balance, promotes flexibility and a means to mental and physical wellness.
Yoga can be used to improve your overall fitness level. However, since Yoga is not an aerobic workout, it is recommended as part of a workout routine that includes cardiovascular exercise such as swimming, jogging or cycling.
Private Yoga Services
Private Yoga sessions are done on a one on one basis with a program that is designed specifically for the clients needs, whether its physical or mental. Kelsey uses a “Yoga Therapy” approach with her clients as an alternative healing modality for clients working through an injury or condition.
Private yoga session are also available to clients who just want to deepen their practice and want the individualized attention.
