Why Choose Our Winnipeg Reflexology Clinic?
Reflexology is safe for all ages, natural and relaxing treatment where pressure is applied to various areas of the feet, hands and ears. It is a successful treatment to reduce stress, aligning the systems in the body and overall well being. It originated in China and it is believed that energy travels through the body in channels or meridians. Reflexology in the stimulation of these channels to promote healing and relaxation.

What is Reflexology?
In reflexology, nerves or reflexes in the feet, hands and ears correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Charts are used to identify the areas to be stimulated for certain conditions or functions. Pressure is applied to these reflexes by hand or with reflexology tools, techniques such as finger walking, kneading and massage are used. The pressure is firm but not painful. Using the Reflexology principals, this pressure to the reflexes stimulates the corresponding channels which travel to areas of the body to encourage better function. This stimulation provides benefits to your overall health by reliving tension, improving circulation and promotes the natural function.
