Jordyn Zacharias
Accepting New Patients
Hi, I’m Jordyn Zacharias, and I’m a registered clinical counsellor who deeply believes in the power of connection, trust, and feeling truly seen.
Before stepping into the world of counselling, I spent years as a university hockey player and coach. Those experiences taught me a lot about resilience, pressure, and performance—but more importantly, they helped me understand the human side of striving. The moments of doubt, identity questions, burnout, and the quiet struggles that often go unseen. That’s what led me to this work.
Today, I work with both athletes and individuals from all walks of life who are looking for support—whether it’s with anxiety, life transitions, performance stress, or simply making sense of where they are in life. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be open to exploring what’s going on, at your own pace, with someone beside you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred. I’m not here to “fix” you—because I don’t believe you’re broken. Instead, I offer a space where you can show up as you are and feel supported as we figure things out together. Whether you’re new to counselling or have been before, I’m here to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you on your mental wellness journey.
