What is the Yoga + Saunic Experience?
The Yoga + Saunic Experience is a collaboration between Back in Motion Wellness and Saunic, located at 665 Stafford St in Winnipeg. Each session begins with a 60-minute yoga class, then continues with a restorative sauna, cold plunge, and relaxation experience at Saunic.
It is a simple way to combine movement and recovery in one evening: stretch and strengthen on the mat, then warm up, cool down, and unwind the day.
Express or Standard Package
Both packages include a 60-minute yoga class. The difference is how much time you spend in the Saunic experience afterward.
Packages:
- Express Package (115 min): 60 min yoga + 55 min Saunic experience, $55
- Standard Package (170 min): 60 min yoga + 110 min Saunic experience, $65
