What Should You Wear?
During a massage or acupuncture, clients will be asked to undress to their level of comfort and will be covered with a sheet. Only the areas being treated will be uncovered at any given time, ensuring that all other areas remain fully covered for privacy and comfort.
During chiropractic and reflexology treatments, clients will remain fully clothed. For chiropractic care, adjustments are made through clothing, while reflexology focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, with clients remaining comfortable and fully dressed.
During physiotherapy treatments, clients may be asked to change into provided shorts for assessment purposes, allowing better access to the areas being treated. Privacy will be maintained with towels or sheets, and only the relevant areas will be exposed during the treatment.
